THE STORY BEHIND IT
Every bead on this bracelet was carved by hand, and the fluted ones are the hard part. Cutting evenly spaced grooves around a bead small enough to sit between your fingers, without the stone chipping at the ridges, is slow work — and it has to be repeated until the whole strand matches. Between them sit flat discs and small rounds that give the piece its rhythm, so the eye travels around the wrist rather than stopping anywhere.
It is the same pure white marble used for the carved figurines and the long bead necklace in this collection, in its smallest and most wearable form. The gold hook clasp sits flat against the wrist and adds a little warmth without competing with the stone.
HOW TO STYLE IT
