We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our catalog consists of authentic handicrafts, vintage art, and natural materials, slight variations in color, size, and finish are inherent and expected. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

C. Pricing Changes and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

D. Availability and Order Limits
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

A. International Fulfillment
Royal Art Treasure is a Canadian-registered business, but our products are sourced and shipped directly from our artisan partners and fulfillment centers located in India. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this international shipping model.

B. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because your order is shipped internationally into Canada (or your respective country), you, the customer, are legally considered the "Importer of Record." You are solely responsible for any import duties, GST/HST, and customs brokerage fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your local customs authority upon arrival. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges at checkout.

C. Refused Packages
If you refuse to pay the required customs duties or taxes upon delivery, the package may be abandoned by the courier or returned to us at a significant expense. In the event of a refused package due to unpaid customs fees, you will forfeit your right to a full refund. Any costs we incur for international return shipping and logistics will be strictly deducted from any eligible refund amount.

D. Shipping Timelines and Delays
We provide estimated shipping timelines at checkout based on our international couriers' averages. However, these are strictly non-binding estimates. Royal Art Treasure is not liable for any delivery delays caused by international transit disruptions, courier service interruptions, or mandatory customs holds and inspections.

Returns, Refunds, and Reverse Logistics

A. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic handicrafts. We accept returns within a specified timeframe (e.g., 14 days) from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom-made items, personalized goods, or specific personal wellness products cannot be returned.

B. Return Shipping Costs
Because our items are shipped internationally from India, reverse logistics can be complex. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, whether to a designated Canadian return address or an international facility, as directed by our support team. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

C. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund. Any original customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees paid are entirely non-refundable.

D. Damaged or Defective Items
We pack our regional art and metalware with extreme care, but transit damage can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the product and the damaged packaging. We will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or a refund for the damaged goods without requiring you to ship the broken item back across borders.

Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

A. Copyright and Trademark All content included on this website—such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Royal Art Treasure or its content and artisan suppliers, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

B. Prohibited Uses In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:
