Returns
We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be accepted, an item must be:
- unused and in the same condition you received it
- in its original packaging, with any tags or certificates included
- accompanied by your order number
Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, grain and finish are part of the craft, not defects — no two are identical, and that is the point.
Items we can't take back
- Wellness consumables that have been opened or used (incense, oils, candles that have been burned)
- Custom or personalised commissions
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@royalarttreasure.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we cover the return cost. You won't be asked to pay for a courier's mistake.
How to start a return
Email info@royalarttreasure.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions and the address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — parcels returned without prior approval can't be processed.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we inspect it and email you the outcome the same or next business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. With one-of-a-kind pieces, holding stock isn't possible, and ordering straight away is the only way to be sure the piece you want is still there.
