THE STORY BEHIND IT
This branch did not need to be carved into a spiral. It grew that way — shaped over years by wind, water, soil pressure, and the patient physics of a tree finding its own path. An artisan found it, recognised what it already was, and did what truly skilled makers do — as little as possible. The natural jute rope that follows its form upward does not impose on the shape but echoes it, as though it always belonged there.
The shade is hand-formed from natural fibre with a proprietary in-house binding technique that gives it remarkable flexibility and durability. Real pressed botanical leaves are set permanently into the material during formation — layered organic silhouettes that glow softly when the lamp is lit, casting leaf-shaped shadows that shift with the light and give the room a breathing, living quality that no manufactured lamp can replicate. Unlit, this lamp is a sculpture. Lit, it is an atmosphere. Either way it is entirely unrepeatable.
