Where we ship
We ship across Canada from Ontario. We currently ship within Canada only, including the territories. If you are outside Canada and would like a piece, email info@royalarttreasure.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Every piece is handmade and many are one of a kind, so each is checked and wrapped by hand before it goes out — we'd rather take an extra day than send a chipped stone.
You'll get an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and peak periods can add time.
Fragile items
Stone, marble, brass and framed pebble art are packed in double-walled boxes with foam and corner protection. If a parcel still arrives damaged, photograph the item and the box and email info@royalarttreasure.com within 48 hours — we'll replace or refund it in full, and we handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent, but the re-shipping cost is payable by the customer.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace or refund it — you don't absorb that.
